Working principle of micro solenoid valve
The valve has a closed chamber. There are through-holes in different positions. Each hole connects to a different tubing. The piston is located in the middle of the chamber and has two electromagnets on each side. To which side the valve body will be absorbed when the magnet coil is energized. By controlling the movement of the valve body, different drainage holes can be opened or closed. When the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil enters different drainage pipes. Oil pressure pushes the cylinder piston and the piston rod drives the mechanical installation. Mechanical movement is controlled by electric currents that control electromagnets.

Step by step direct action
Principle: It is a combination of direct action and pilot. When there is no pressure difference in the import and export, the electromagnetic force will directly close the small pilot valve and the main valve, the valve is opened. When the inlet and outlet to start the differential pressure, after the electromagnetic force pilot valve is energized, the pressure in the lower chamber of the main valve rises, the pressure in the upper chamber falls, and the pressure difference is applied to push the main valve upward; When power is off, the pilot valve applies spring force or medium pressure to push the closing parts and move down to close the valve.
Features: it can also work under zero pressure difference, vacuum and high pressure, but the power is large and necessary.
Pilot type miniature solenoid valve
Principle: when the valve is energized, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot valve hole, the pressure of the upper chamber falls rapidly. When the power supply is cut off, the guide hole is closed by spring force. The inlet pressure passes through the bypass hole to form a low pressure difference around the valve closing part, and the fluid pressure pushes down to close the local closing valve.
Characteristics: high upper limit of fluid pressure range, arbitrary device (can be customized), but must meet the condition of fluid pressure difference.
